This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy applies to the website https://nologo.com (“Nologo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) . We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), we have adopted this policy for reporting alleged copyright infringement and addressing takedown and counter-notice procedures.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Nologo platform, you must provide a written communication (under § 512(c)(3) of the DMCA) that includes the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL or other information).
  4. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If content you uploaded to Nologo was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was done in error or that your use of the content qualifies as fair use, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its original location before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in Los Angeles County, California, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

Nologo maintains a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright. We also reserve the right to remove content and disable accounts at our discretion in response to copyright violations.
