We don’t accept traditional returns — and that’s intentional. Every product we ship is custom-built and delivered directly from our manufacturing partners. Sending items back increases waste and cost — which goes against everything we stand for.
Instead, we offer a refund with purpose.
No Returns. Donate Instead.
If you’re not satisfied with your product and would like a refund, we ask that you donate the item to a registered organization — such as Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, or a local nonprofit. We do not accept donations made to friends, family, or individuals.
To receive a refund:
- Donate the item to an officially recognized charitable business or donation center.
- Provide us with:
- A photo of the item at the donation site
- Proof of donation, such as a receipt or confirmation from the organization
Once verified, we’ll issue you a full refund — no return shipping, no waste, no excess.
The NoLogo Guarantee
Our NoLogo Guarantee still applies. If your item arrives damaged, fails to arrive, or doesn’t meet the quality we promised, you’re eligible for a replacement or full refund. In those cases there is no donation required.
